I have always thought that some of our very best citizens are folks who could live anywhere but choose to call Fredericksburg home.
We are very lucky that someone with Jon’s qualifications as both a lawyer and a trained archaeologist has chosen Fredericksburg and even luckier that he has offered his time, energy, intellect and calm demeanor to serve our city.
