For the past year, to develop framework for a vision for the City, I have been on a “listening tour” asking questions and listening to citizens of Fredericksburg about their concerns and what they love about our City, and spent many hours with City Council, City Staff and other leaders.
These key values represent the vision created out of these past twelve months. Each issue is connected to the others and all are essential.
Moving forward on solutions for these issues will require community engagement, transparent decision-making and strong leadership. As a member of City Council, I will work closely with the community and City Staff to promote 21st Century solutions that can move us successfully into the future.
